The All New SUPERB iV and CITIGOe iV

SUPERB iV

This will be the first ŠKODA model with plug-in hybrid drive bringing with it the beginning of the E-mobility era where ŠKODA will be combining electric vehicles and the holistically networked ecosystem under iV sub-brand.

› First ŠKODA with plug‑in hybrid drive and it has an electric range of up to 55 km in the WLTP cycle
› With a 1.4 TSI petrol engine and an electric motor deliver a combined power output of 160 kW (218 PS)

The all‑electric range is up to 55 km in the WLTP cycle; up to 850 km can be covered when combined with the petrol engine. This new drive variant is available for the Ambition and Style trim levels as well as for the SUPERB SPORTLINE and the SUPERB L&K. Production is set to commence at the Kvasiny site in early autumn this year; the market launch will take place at the beginning of 2020.

CITIGOe iV

This is ŠKODA’s first all‑electric production vehicle in its 124‑year history with its sharp and sleek exterior and interior finishes. With Zero‑emission, nimble and spacious despite compact dimensions, the ŠKODA CITIGOe iV is a perfect vehicle for modern cities.

› The zero‑emission city speedster is fitted with an electric motor with a power output of 61 kW
› 36.8‑kWh lithium-ion battery enables a range of up to 265 km in the WLTP cycle.

As the first ŠKODA production vehicle, the four-seater city car is powered exclusively by a 61‑kW electric motor. This means the CITIGOe iV is powered not only purely by a battery, but also without generating any emissions. The 36.8‑kWh lithium‑ion battery allows for a range of up to 265 km in the WLTP cycle – meaning the CITIGOe iV is perfectly equipped for traffic in modern cities. Series production of the environmentally friendly city speedster will begin in the second half of 2019.
